The company may offer above specified warranty for the products against any manufacturing defect recommended by head of operations upon going through a complete technical investigation.
In the event of customer damage or any action that deprives the company of the use of a product or any part thereof, the customer shall forfeit the warranty.
The company, distributor, dealer shall not be liable to replace the product at the same time of initial complaint except on surrender of this approved warranty card. In such occurrences the company shall not be liable to refund the product to dealer.
මෙම නිෂ්පාදනයේ නිෂ්පාදිත දෝෂ සඳහා ඉහත සඳහන් කර ඇති වගකීම් කාලය ලබා දෙන අතර මෙය හුදෙක් මෙහෙයුම් අංශ ප්‍රධානී විසින් සිදු කරන තාක්ෂණික පර්යේෂණයන් ගෙන් අනතුරුව ලබා දෙන්නකි
අලෙවි නියෝජිත මහතුන් විසින් මෙම වගකීම් පත්‍රය ලබා නොගෙන දෝෂ සහිත භාර ගැනීම හෝ පාරිභෝගිකයා වෙත ප්‍රතිපූර්ණ කරන අවස්ථාවන්හිදී සමාගම එම භාණ්ඩ සඳහා වගකියනු නොලැබේ.
පාරිභෝගික මහතුන් අතින් හෝ කිසියම් තාක්ෂණික සවිකිරීමක් අතරවාරයේදී සිදුවන දෝෂ අවස්ථා වලදී මෙම වගකීම අහෝසි වේ.
